What is the Partner Portal?
A central hub for managing your referral partnership with Lendistry, safely and securely. Upon logging in, you will be presented with a comprehensive overview of your referral partnership performance.
Key Features:
- Performance metrics related to your referral efforts
- Number of applications requested and funded
- Applications deemed ineligible
- A breakdown of application statuses (pending, approved, denied, etc.)
- A visual representation of your referred businesses’ locations and additional business data that has been approved to share as the referring partner
Technology Preparation
Use the Latest Versions of Website Browsers
For the best user experience, please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari throughout the entire application process.
Clear Your Cache
Cached data is information that has been stored from a previously used website or application and is primarily used to make the browsing process faster by auto-populating your information.
However, cached data may also include outdated information or information you may have previously entered incorrectly.

Signing Up for Your Partner Portal Account
When registering your Partner Portal account, please do the following:
- Make sure you pick a strong password that includes:
- – 8 minimum character length
- – 1 uppercase character
- – 1 lowercase character
- – 1 digit
- You will be sent a confirmation code via text to be used during the registration process.
How to Unlock your Partner Portal Account
When attempting to log in to Partner Portal account, if you use the incorrect password more than five times, your Partner Portal account will be locked for your security.
Contact the Lendistry Customer Experience Center at 855-476-5870.
OR Answer your security questions correctly following these steps. This option will only be available if you answered these questions in your initial account set up.
Step 1
Provide your account information so that we can verify your identity.
Step 2
Confirm your phone number with the text you’ll receive.
Step 3
Answer the three security questions you selected correctly.
Step 4
Once the security questions have been answered correctly, a link to unlock your account will be sent to your email.
Step 5
Click on the link to unlock your account.
Step 6
After you unlock your account, you will have the option to sign in to Lendistry’s Portal using your existing password or to reset it. We strongly recommend you reset your password to prevent your account from getting locked again.
If your account has not been locked, you can reset your password by going to the Partner Portal sign-in page and following the instructions.
Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in, you will be presented with a comprehensive overview of your partnership performance. This includes:
- Total Applications: A count of all applications submitted through your partnership.
- Total Amount Requested: The cumulative amount requested across all applications.
- Loans Funded: The number of loans successfully funded.
- Total Funded Amount: The total amount disbursed for funded loans.
- Applications Ineligible: The number of applications deemed ineligible.
Marketing Playbook
This playbook gives you access to approved marketing images, text, digital graphics, templates, and more that make it easy for you to promote affordable financing from Lendistry. These materials are for your use in amplifying our partnership to your network via your organic channels of communication.
To help you easily spread the word to your small business clients, this playbook includes:
- Approved marketing images
- Content themes and guidelines
- Strategies for effectively promoting your Lendistry partnership
- QR code creation instructions
- Additional resources to assist your customers, and more
